The Digital Acute Care Registered Nurse is responsible for providing virtual and in-person nursing care to adult patients / clients.
Provides proactive monitoring, prevention, early intervention, and ongoing care to optimize quality of life for patients at home.

Job Requirements
Education : Associates in Nursing
Licenses / Certifications : RN-Registered Nurse
Other Licenses / Certifications : American Heart Association BLS
Experience : 1 year of recent RN experience in adult acute care population
2 years of experience in a role requiring effective communication and collaboration with healthcare professionals.
