Expected pay for this position is $18.98 - $22.34/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity.
Position Summary
The Patient Care Liaison/CNA provides patient care, greets, and talks with patients, family members, and visitors in the department. Assists with a variety of needs during their stay, performing various duties/tasks to support a smooth workflow in the unit and provide an exceptional patient experience.

Experience: Prior patient care experience

Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education
- High school diploma/GED
- Certified Nursing Assistant in the State of Illinois or EMT-B,
- License in the State of Illinois American Heart Association (BLS for Health Care Providers)
Experience: Prior patient care experience
