Expected pay for this position is $53.71 - $71.16/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is a Salaried position.
Overview
POSITION SUMMARY: The Human Resources Director of Strategic Partnerships is responsible for designing, organizing, implementing, directing, and evaluating programs and initiatives that support employee engagement and retention of all segments of the workforce. Recommends and facilitates long-and short-term planning initiatives that coincide with the organization's strategic objectives. Partners with senior leadership to provide consultative support in the areas of workforce planning and forecasting, workforce commitment, leadership development, and performance excellence. Leads team of HR Business Partners toward executing the overall HR strategy tactics in designated markets or divisions of focus.

Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3 years of leadership experience.
- 5 years progressively more responsible experience in Human Resources or Organizational Development in a complex organization in order to gain in-depth knowledge of effective employee retention and engagement strategies.
Other Skills/ Knowledge:
- Strong knowledge and ability to apply core principles of HR and organizational development strategies.
- Strong interpersonal skills necessary to provide effective communication and to lead others at all levels of the medical center toward the accomplishment of strategic goals.
- Advanced analytical skills and ability to communicate and present information to executives and leaders.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master's Degree
- Formal HR Leadership or Organizational Development Leadership experience
