POSITION SUMMARY: The OSF Corporate University Director is responsible for aligning the organization’s business goals with a robust and forward-thinking learning and development strategy. This role oversees the Corporate University to meet the organization's evolving needs. The Director provides strategic consultation on learning design and delivery, aligning initiatives with talent development programs, while leading a team of learning professionals to cultivate a culture of continuous growth. By partnering with key stakeholders, this role addresses key organizational learning needs and drives innovation, contributing to the transformation of learning within the organization.

Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in organizational development, Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, Learning Technology, Information Technology, Nursing, or a related field.
- 5 years of training in design, development, and delivery in a virtual learning environment and large audience setting.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.
- Demonstrated solid understanding and expertise in the areas of instructional design, technology support of business strategies, change management, behavioral sciences, and leadership development.
- Ability to apply sound learning principles, agile methods, learning technology, and program management skills together in the design, development, evaluation and maintenance of learning and development programs.
- Advanced communication, presentation, and technology skills relevant to learner experience and education platform.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master’s degree in Learning and Development, Educational Technology, Organizational Psychology, Organizational Leadership, Nursing Education, or a related field preferred.
Salary : $54 - $71
