Expected pay for this position is $25.10 - $29.54/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is an Hourly position.
Overview
POSITION SUMMARY
The Executive Assistant provides administrative support to an OSF executive leader. Maintains the executive leader(s) calendar, schedules appointments, resolves scheduling conflicts and makes travel arrangements. Plans and arranges high-level meetings and events. Prepares correspondence and reports for Board and Cabinet members. Provides general clerical support such record keeping, answering/routing calls, writing documents and creating presentations. Manages projects as assigned. Maintains own work load independently. Demonstrates a high level of competence and professionalism including excellent written and verbal communication skills. At times, works as a proxy for the executive leader.

Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: High school diploma or GED
- Experience: 3 years of secretary and/or administrative experience
- Advanced level in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Proficient with email and calendaring systems
- Proven communication and interpersonal skills in previous job or classwork
- Demonstrated organizational and prioritizing skills
- Education: Associates Degree
- Experience: Working knowledge of MS Project and OneNote
- Licensure/Certification: Office Professional Certification
Salary : $25 - $30
