Starting pay for this position is $17.14/hour. Additional $1.00 for Lead.
This is an hourly position.
Overview
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Lead Nursing Operations Support (NOS) Representative provides training, oversight, and efficiencies for NOS Representatives on all units. Maintains schedules of NOS Representatives by assigning work, coordinating shift assignments, and altering staffing schedules to ensure coverage. Acts as a resource and subject matter expert on multiple units for Mission Partners, patients, visitors, and family members for general questions, information, and way-finding needs and provides unit support. Provides guidance to individuals related to other OSF facilities/service areas, coordinates and may assist with patient transport needs, provides local area direction, and advises of area accommodations or amenities. Utilizes various software to provide assistance and complete assigned tasks.

Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
- High School Diploma/GED
- 1 year of experience in Nursing Operations Support (NOS) Representative, Patient Care Liaison, or Patient Experience Concierge role, or similar role with like responsibilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2 years of prior customer service experience.
- Prior experience with ProNet, Vocera, and Epic.
