Pay range for this position is $36.23 - $53.02/hour. Actual pay is based on years of licensure. This is an hourly position.
Overview
POSITION SUMMARY: Reporting to the manager/director and according to departmental policies and nursing care standards, assist in overseeing and directing work of nursing personnel engaging in providing patient/nursing care services to patients on assigned shifts. Demonstrates accountability for ensuring safe high quality patient care, enhance the patient /family experience, and provide effective leadership contributing to the delivery of the organization’s objectives. Determines work priorities, prepares daily work assignments, and serves as a resource person for unit personnel resolving operational and patient care problems.. The RN Hospital Inpatient/ED operates in units that provide 24/7 care in the hospital.

Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: Bachelors of Science in Nursing required
- License/Certifications: Current State License as a Registered Nurse required. BLS and ACLS, PALS, or other certification as required by unit.
- Experience: 2 years of experience on the unit or similar unit required. Interpersonal skills necessary to effectively lead and direct the work of other employees in order to effectively interact with patients, families, physicians.
- License/Certifications: Certification in area of specialty
Salary : $36 - $53
