Expected pay for this position is $21.72 - $25.55/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is an Hourly position.
Overview
POSITION SUMMARY: The Food Production Supervisor plans, administers and directs all unit activities related to food production, culinary operations and complying with the standards established by the Food & Nutrition Services Department and regulatory agencies. Lead food production staff. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with other departments to provide a unified food service experience for patients, visitors and Mission Partners

Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
- Associate Degree in culinary or three years of experience as a lead in the food service or hospitality industry
- Certified Food Protection Manager (CFPM) through ANSI approved program within 90 days of employment
- Allergen certification within 90 days of employment
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor Degree
- 5 Years of experience in related position, such as Food Production Supervisor in a Healthcare setting
- Certified Dietary Manager Other skills/knowledge:
- Purchasing, Culinary, Math, and Computer skills
Salary : $22 - $26
