This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and providing expert guidance on our products and services. Job Functions For Regional Sales Account Representative
- Secures orders from existing and potential customers by means of visiting the customer facility or contacting by phone and/or virtual meetings.
- Secures opportunities to quote on customer requirements
- Follows up (by phone or visit) on quotations submitted to customer
- Establishes professional customer/vendor relationships with appropriate customer personnel (purchasing, engineering, manufacturing, quality assurance, management, other key personnel)
- Data entry to CRM and submit weekly activity/call reports concerning customer-related activities for quotes, orders, and problems concerning customer /vendor relationships
- Performs all assigned duties in the assigned sales territory
- Provides lost business reports on a monthly basis
- Requires high school diploma or equivalent
- Three (3) years' experience in Thread Rolling or related industry
- Excellent communication skills, self-motivated, self-starter, personable, extroverted personality, well organized
- Must be willing to travel within assigned district, generally using company automobile, occasional air travel inside and outside the district is required
- Must live in their assigned territory
- Valid state motor vehicle operator's license
