YOUR IMPACT
These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, manage emergencies, and maintain communication with Customers, Airlines, and TSA.
- Coordinate personnel scheduling, manage work orders, and optimize productivity plans with oversight and cross-utilization of different work groups.
- Supervise administrative tasks such as HR management and invoicing, ensuring all contract requirements are fulfilled.
- Foster a supportive environment by providing on-the-job training and mentorship to team members.
- Provide daily guidance to Site Supervisors and Managers to ensure operational efficiency.
- Continuously strive for improvement in team dynamics and customer satisfaction.
- Cultivate a culture of safety awareness and compliance among all team members.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or applicable field.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Five years of supervisory or managerial experience at a large hub airport.
- Ability to obtain necessary security clearance.
- Ability to be on-call and work occasional evenings and weekends.
PREFFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Background in operations, facility maintenance, administration, finance, and safety preferred
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and electrical schematics.
- Computer Skills with knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, project management and understanding of CMMS.
- Strong leadership abilities, coupled with demonstrated organizational, participative management, and verbal and written communication skills,
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
While performing the duties of Site Manager, the employee is regularly required to stand; sit; walk; use hands and fingers to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to climb or balance and work in small spaces. Ladder work required. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Ability to work in outside weather conditions on an airport ramp around aircrafts and the confined areas of baggage conveyor systems. Specific vision abilities required by this job include good close, proximity vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Good hand / eye coordination is required.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
The primary work environment is similar to an office environment. However, the Site Manager must have the ability to conduct business in outside weather conditions, near moving machinery parts; on an active Airport ramp; near vehicles and jet aircraft.
Pay Range:
$82,000.00 - $132,800.00The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
