What are the responsibilities and job description for the Building/Grounds Maintenance position at Oshkosh Cold Storage?

Oshkosh Cold Storage is looking for a Full Time Building/Grounds Maintenance Assistant and all around handyman. You will work with the Building and Grounds/ Maintenance Manager to maintain the overall appearance of the facility by performing general cleaning tasks and small repairs.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, or scrubbing
- Clean warehouse racking and equipment
- Gather and empty trash
- General maintenance
- Notify managers concerning the need for major repairs
Qualifications:
- Must be mechanically inclined
- Must have common sense
- Previous related work experience
- Ability to pay close attention to detail and work with others
- Maintain a clean and safe environment
- Follow instructions and ask questions
- General awareness of everyday experiences
Physical Demands and Abilities
- Lifting up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work in varying temperatures
- Physical ability to do A LOT of walking

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
