What are the responsibilities and job description for the Private/Group Swim Instructor - 20th Ave position at Oshkosh Community YMCA?
Swim Lesson Instructors help patrons of all ages and abilities improve their aquatic experience through leading group & individual swim lessons. They work on skills ranging from basic comfort in the water to stroke refinement and with ages from toddler to adult. Swim Instructors have opportunities to teach within the hours of 9am-7:15pm Monday-Thursday and 9am-12:30pm on Saturdays.

We can train and certify you to teach swim lessons. Bring a strong swimming ability, desire to work with people of all ages, and good customer service skills.
If not lifeguard certified, we will train you in CPR.
