What are the responsibilities and job description for the Private/Group Swim Instructor (Downtown) position at Oshkosh Community YMCA?
Swim Lesson Instructors help patrons of all ages and abilities improve their aquatic experience through leading group & individual swim lessons. They work on skills ranging from basic comfort in the water to stroke refinement and with ages from toddler to adult.
**Incentive pay for private swim instructors once trained in group swim lessons**
We can train and certify you to teach swim lessons. Bring a strong swimming ability, desire to work with people of all ages, and good customer service skills.
If not lifeguard certified, we will train you in CPR.
