As an Inside Sales Representative, you will grow and maintain the Oshkosh Door Company customer base by building valued, long term relationships to improve sales while gaining customer loyalty. We are looking for someone with a bachelor’s degree, up to two years’ experience in an inside sales role, effective communication and organization skills, decision making skills, and the ability to work with clients to solve problems. Previous wood products or construction industry experience is a plus.

Essential Functions of the Position:
- Promote and sell Oshkosh Door Company products and programs with a high level of service
- Maintain constant and open communication with internal and external contacts
- Negotiate projects and pricing
- Generate estimates
- Initiate sample requests
- Provide technical guidance and coordination
- Coordinate consultative services for customers
Hourly $24-$26 / hour based on experience
- Quarterly bonuses based on performance
- Passing pre-employment drug screen required
Job Type: Full-time
Expected hours: 40 per week
