Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and public areas to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness.
- Replace bed linens, towels, and toiletries according to hotel procedures.
- Dust, vacuum, and mop floors, and ensure all surfaces are sanitized.
- Restock guest room supplies as needed.
- Report maintenance issues, lost and found items, and safety hazards to the supervisor.
- Ensure that all cleaning supplies are used efficiently and stored properly.
- Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a positive, friendly attitude towards guests and team members.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning is preferred, but not required.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
- Good communication skills and friendly demeanor.
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
