Role and Responsibility:
- Leads service delivery engagements for Oracle ERP customers in supply chain modules.
- Strong hands-on experience in Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management, MSCA, WMS in Oracle Apps EBS
- Understand customers business needs and requirements.
- Analyze business requirements of assigned customers and/or project(s)
- System Design, Configuration & ongoing application support
- Gather,Analyze requirements for enhancements and create development specifications.
- Liaison with Client team & business and extended project teams
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor s degree in computer science or engineering or equivalent working experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with Oracle ERP.
- At-least 2 Oracle SCM implementations
- Strong with SCM Business Processes and hands-on experience with setting up SCM modules.
- Demonstrated experience in the definition of systems strategy, gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, as-is and to- be business process designs, conference room pilots (CRPs) functional configuration, testing, client user training.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
- Great communication and presentation skills to be able to interact with business stakeholders and drive outcomes.
