Role: Service Desk Analyst
Location: Irvine, CA
Duration: Full Time
Summary
OSI Digital is currently actively hiring for a Service Desk Analyst to join our team as a Full Time Employee. An ideal candidate will bring 3-5 years of service desk experience along with great written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities:
• Provides support to end-users including identifying, researching and resolving technical problems, responding to telephone calls, e-mails, and requests for technical support, and differentiating technical problems from users
• Use experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Must have the ability to recognize problem areas, define solutions, and implement those solutions in a timely manner
• Ingest current processes used within the IT organization to identify areas for improvement.
• Installs approved software releases, system upgrades, patches and resolves software related problems
• Author support and process documentation for multiple systems deployed throughout the organization
• Deploy new or replace existing end-user hardware
• Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent industry experience
• Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a helpdesk environment
• Hands on experience with Windows 7, Window 10, MS Office applications
• Functional knowledge of O365, Active Directory, Citrix, Damware, SCCM, ServiceNow
• Both hardware and software support experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience deploying and supporting desktops, laptops and printers
• Mobile support
