Altaflex, a division of OSI Electronics, is seeking a detail-oriented Flexible Circuit Material Handler to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling flexible printed circuit materials, possess strong computer skills, and have a basic understanding of inventory management. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of the production floor by managing materials efficiently and accurately.

This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of the production floor by managing materials efficiently and accurately.
Responsibilities
- Interface with management and engineering to meet production goals, improve processes, and maintain a leveled work force.
- Manage and handle flexible printed circuit materials with precision and care. Ensure the safe and proper storage of materials to prevent damage.
- Maintain accurate inventory records of all materials, perform regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies, and monitor inventory levels and notify management of low stock.
- Order all raw materials and completes cycle counts/ audits to ensure inventory levels are adequate, notifying proper personnel if there is a shortage.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure the smooth flow of materials through the production process.
- Accurately key in material information into the system. Maintain and organize all relevant paperwork and documentation. Ensure accountabilities for all materials handled and used in production.

- It is the responsibility of every employee to report to their manager or a member of senior management any quality problems or defects in order for corrective action to be implemented and to avoid recurrence of the problem.
- Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; experience may be substituted for a degree.
- Experience in handling flexible printed circuit materials strongly desired. Flexible Printed Circuit Material handling experience preferred.
- Knowledge of inventory processes and procedures.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with inventory management systems.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize and complete tasks efficiently. Strong sense of urgency.
- Works well in a team-oriented environment.
- Good oral and written communications skills.
- Good self-organizational skills and ability to work with limited supervision.
