As a Field and Lab Test Engineer for NFC and Wi-Fi/BT technologies, you ll be troubleshooting and analyzing the performance of NFC/UWB and wireless connectivity in both lab and field environments. You will work closely with other engineers and technicians to ensure the accuracy and reliability of testing results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct testing and analysis of NFC, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth technologies in both lab and field environments.
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure comprehensive testing NFC and UWB with various products.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide recommendations for resolving them.
- Maintain and calibrate testing equipment and tools.
- Collaborate with other engineers and technicians to ensure the accuracy and reliability of testing results.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and developments related to NFC and UWB.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in NFC, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth Technologies
- Experience with test equipment such as signal generators, spectrum analyzers, and network analyzers
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Willingness to travel to local field sites for testing and data collection.
- Bachelor s degree in electrical engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Experience with mac office tools (keynote)
- Must be willing to travel on short notice. This position requires 10% US domestic travel. Travel will be 3-4 days at a time when needed
- Python scripting experience strongly preferred
