What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Manager, International Tax position at OSI Group?
Position Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate, timely filing of US international income tax returns and other business related filings of OSI Group, LLC and affiliates.
- Provide international tax advice and service to OSI Group, LLC, its principals, affiliates and joint-venture entities.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement in company tax procedures.
- Develop and implement strategic tax planning for all necessary US international taxes. Research tax questions to optimize tax information and minimize liability in conformance with laws.
- Manage members of the tax team as they prepare components of the company's US international income tax return and other tax documents.
- Manage compliance with BEPS / Transfer Pricing requirements.
- Maintain effective control procedures over all aspects of the US international tax process.
- Manage and facilitate income tax audits related to international tax : preparing responses, creating schedules, etc.
- Monitor legislative and regulatory international tax law developments, communicate the effects of these developments and create strategies to capitalize on changes to taxation legislation.
- Provide support with various internal / external audits and special tax related projects.
- Review US international tax returns and international quarterly / annual tax projections.
- Manage and mentor members of tax team to greater levels of effectiveness and engagement.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
