As a Senior Legal Counsel, you will play a critical role in managing our organization's legal affairs. You will be responsible for drafting and negotiating commercial and corporate documentation, negotiating with outside parties, rendering opinions, consulting with internal clients, and representing the company in legal dealings. You will also anticipate and guard against legal risks facing the company. Additionally, you will act as our HIPAA compliance officer, developing related processes, and develop and recommend company policies and positions on legal issues.
