Ecommerce Management
- Lead E-Commerce growth of the future on internal and external partner sites (i.e. Sylvania-automotive.com, Amazon, Walmart.com)
- Access and augment, as needed, D2C strategy for Sylvania with focus on the right technologies, positive user experiences, and cross-sell/up-sell opportunities of the future
- Research industry trends and opportunities to close gaps in business objectives and drive business forward
- Lead and implement digital marketing best practices on internal and external partner sites
- Experience working with AMS and retail platforms
Channel Management
- Develop social media strategy of the future, taking advantage of social channels/platforms and integrating it with rest of digital marketing and E-Commerce strategies
- Lead development, execution, management, and optimization of social media strategies, as well as analysis, to drive demand generation across channels (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube)
- Create social calendar, content mapping, and setup analytics to measure post results and efficiency of content and campaigns
- Develop, implement and manage tactical digital marketing efforts across other channels such as activation events, internal website, digital advertising, online marketplaces, etc.
Digital Marketing
- Lead analytic strategy of the future and make sure all new social, digital, and campaign efforts are all working together to achieve positive ROI and business goals
- Lead and implement all digital marketing best practices such as SEO, internal/external linking, product display order, landing page creation, marketing automation, web analytics, UX/research, etc. to major retailers
- Responsible for staying ahead of emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
- Track and report on marketing milestones
- Meet/exceed marketing key performance indicators through cross-channel optimization and testing
- Set up and analyze A/B experiments and conversion tests and report findings to broader marketing team
Data & Analytics
- Implement A/B tests for our DTC efforts across ecommerce, email and social to further optimize the consumer experience tied to analytic reporting and KPIs.
- Actively test, track, and report all relevant traffic, conversion, and campaign data to increase CTR, CVR, Conversions and ROI.
- Perform benchmarking and competitor analysis to support sales growth & performance on marketplaces, retailer, pure play and our own DTC e-commerce site.
- Work with Brand Marketing to optimize all digital marketing efforts through backend analytics to drive KPIs against all marketing digital/social marketing efforts.
Website/Blogs/Email Campaign Management
- Manage Sylvania-automotive.com and lead internal team on providing optimization ideas focused on improving customer journey, conversion rate optimization, and content strategy/mapping
- Oversee digital/ecomm specialist for website adaptation needs for new product lines from start to finish and ongoing management
- Oversee digital/ecomm specialist for making sure web changes are tied to analytic reporting and goals
- BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field, proven working experience in digital marketing
- Must be a resourceful, technically savvy, and detail-oriented team player who has had success in working with cross functional teams/projects
- 10 years minimum hands-on experience with the following criteria:
- Highly creative with experience in identifying digital marketing opportunities across multiple channels - Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Amazon, Walmart, Retail Websites
- Social media publishing platforms
- Keyword Research, search engine optimization and tracking
- Website Development/Management - CMS, CRM
- Experience managing and optimizing social media and digital advertising campaigns
- Knowledge of relevant platforms and technology products - (SalesForce, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Data Visualization Tools, SEMRush)
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
