Duties

- Collaborate with healthcare providers to resolve discrepancies or issues related to claims.

Experience
- Proficiency in medical coding, including familiarity with ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding systems.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and medical records management.
- Experience in a medical office environment, particularly in roles related to medical billing or collections.
- Knowledge of medical collection processes is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
