About the Role

What You'll Do
- Set up new phones and devices, including data transfers and accessory installation
- Provide in-store technical support for smartphones, tablets, and wireless accessories
- Process bill payments, account updates, and basic account troubleshooting
- Answer customer calls and provide professional support and solutions
- Ensure smooth, high-quality handoffs from sales to service
- Deliver an exceptional in-store service experience
- Stay current on Verizon systems, plan options, and tech features
- Occasionally recommend accessories and services that align with customers needs
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient service area
What We're Looking For
- A service-minded individual who genuinely enjoys helping people
- Strong comfort level with smartphones and basic tech troubleshooting
- Excellent communicator and team player
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment
- Experience in retail, wireless, or tech support is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
- $750 Signing Bonus
- Base hourly pay Bonus spiffs
