What You'll Do:
- Oversee day-to-day construction site operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to Osman Construction's exacting quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers to implement schedules and manage subcontractors effectively.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor compliance with safety standards, building codes, and contract specifications.
- Address on-site issues proactively, maintaining open communication with all stakeholders to swiftly resolve challenges.
- Maintain organized and accurate documentation of daily activities, inspections, and project progress.
- Foster positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, inspectors, and the community, representing Osman Construction's reputation for professionalism and excellence.
What We're Looking For:
- 5 years of experience as a Site Superintendent in commercial construction.
- Proven ability to manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and trades effectively.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, materials, and safety practices.
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey information and expectations to project teams and clients.
