Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow and optimal team performance.
- Supervise the production team and department, providing guidance, support, and leadership.
- Coordinate with filling, shipping, and inventory departments to plan and achieve daily objectives.
- Oversee the shipping of international orders, ensuring all required customs documentation is prepared and accurate.
- Stay up to date with international shipping regulations and compliance requirements.
- Assist in forecasting requirements for components, raw materials, and bulk products to optimize inventory and reduce shortages.
- Maintain and enforce health and safety guidelines, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
- Manage budgets, forecast operational costs, and allocate resources effectively to align with business goals.
- Ensure that all organizational processes comply with industry regulations and legal requirements.
Qualifications & Preferred Experience:
- Proven experience in operations management or a similar leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of international shipping requirements and customs documentation.
- Experience in supply chain management, inventory forecasting, and resource allocation.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to coach and develop employees.
