Key Responsibilities:
- Manufacture, assemble, and maintain dies for hot and cold production.
- Install, remove, and inspect dies and tooling for defects.
- Diagnose and repair damaged tooling and stamping dies.
- Operate metalworking tools such as drills, milling machines, grinders, and lathes.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and CAD drawings.
- Conduct test runs to ensure tool and die accuracy.
- Maintain an organized and safe work environment.
- Communicate with management regarding equipment repairs and needs.
- Support the CNC/Tool and Die Manager in daily operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Tool and Die Maker.
- Familiarity with manufacturing environments and tooling processes.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of metal shaping, machining, and measuring techniques.
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and work in a factory setting.
- Familiarity with health and safety standards.
