Responsibilities:
As Outdoor Adventure Staff, you’ll:
- Lead outdoor activities such as rock climbing, zip-lining, high and low ropes courses, hiking, and wilderness survival.
- Ensure camper safety by following risk management protocols and maintaining equipment.
- Teach outdoor skills and encourage campers to challenge themselves in a supportive environment.
- Lead overnight or multi-day adventure trips, depending on the camp.
- Work as part of a team to create a positive and inclusive outdoor experience.

Qualifications:
