Apprentice Plumber

We are seeking a Plumber's Apprentice or Plumber's Assistant to ASSIST with repiping jobs. This role is perfect for someone eager to learn the trade and gain hands-on experience in the plumbing industry. Bilingual candidates, particularly those who speak Spanish, are strongly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with repiping jobs in residential and commercial properties
• Crawling in attics, crawl spaces, and other confined areas to help with pipe installation
• Gathering tools, materials, and equipment needed for each job
• Supporting plumbers in setting up and cleaning up job sites
• Following safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment
• Communicating effectively with both English and Spanish-speaking team members and clients
• Performing other tasks as directed by the lead plumber or project manager

Requirements

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• No prior plumbing experience required; on-the-job training provided
• Comfortable working in confined spaces, such as attics and crawl spaces
• Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding tasks
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn
• Basic knowledge of tools and equipment is a plus
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
