Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our expansion and development efforts in the US market. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the sales and distribution of our battery products, with a focus on the golf industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, technical support, and good understanding of the battery industry as well as golf cart/buggy dealerships and distributors across Florida.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and market penetration in the US, particularly within the golf and leisure industries.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, dealers, and end-users.
Identify new business opportunities and develop partnerships to expand our market presence.
Provide technical expertise and support to customers regarding our battery solutions.
Manage the entire sales process to ensure efficient delivery and exceptional customer service.
Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the company.
Manual handling – helping with moving stock, picking and packing orders etc.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales and/or distribution within the battery industry, with a focus on Golf, Leisure, and/or Marine.
Strong knowledge of the US market, particularly in the golf (cart/buggy) segment.
Current knowledge or existing relationships with golf car dealers is a distinct advantage
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
Clean driving license and willingness to utilize a company vehicle for business travel.
