Summary:

We are seeking a Project Manager with expertise in Conga Contract and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) to lead initiatives within the pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate will manage CLM system implementations, process optimizations, and integrations with enterprise systems. This role requires strong project management, stakeholder collaboration, and regulatory compliance knowledge to ensure contract operations align with FDA, GxP, GDPR, and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project management for Conga Contract (Apttus CLM) implementations, upgrades, and process enhancements.
• Define project scope, goals, milestones, deliverables, and success criteria in alignment with business needs.
• Manage cross-functional teams, including Legal, Procurement, Regulatory, IT, and Finance, to ensure smooth execution of CLM initiatives.
• Oversee system integrations between Conga Contract, Salesforce, D365 Finance & Operations, SAP, and other ERP platforms.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, risk assessments, and budget controls.
• Ensure CLM processes align with pharmaceutical compliance requirements (e.g., GxP, FDA, GDPR, HIPAA).
• Drive workflow automation and reporting enhancements to improve contract visibility and operational efficiency.
• Provide stakeholder communication, change management, and training to ensure successful adoption of CLM solutions.
• Collaborate with third-party vendors, IT teams, and business users for seamless system configuration, UAT, and deployment.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on project progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 5 years of Project Management experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences industries.
• Hands-on experience with Conga Contract (Apttus CLM), including implementation, administration, and optimization.
• Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management (CLM), procurement workflows, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience managing CLM integrations with Salesforce, D365, SAP, or other enterprise applications.
• Knowledge of clinical trial agreements, vendor contracts, and pharma-specific regulatory requirements.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving technology adoption.
• Excellent project planning, risk management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.

Preferred Certifications:

• Project Management Professional (PMP)® or PRINCE2
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Agile Certification
• Conga CLM Certification
• Salesforce Administrator or Business Analyst Certification
