Interior and Exterior Repairs
Perform painting for both interiors and exteriorsInstall, repair, and finish drywallInstall insulation to ensure energy efficiencyCarpentry and Structural Work
Conduct general framing, trim work, and carpentryInstall and repair siding, skirting, and underpinningReplace and install windows and doorsPlumbing and Electrical Work
Install and repair plumbing fixtures, including toilets, sinks, and water heatersPerform minor electrical work such as replacing outlets, installing light fixtures, and troubleshooting basic wiring issuesFlooring and Final Touches
Install and repair flooring, including vinyl, laminate, tile, and carpetEnsure all work meets safety and quality standards before home completionMOBILE HOME REHAB TECHNICIAN QUALIFICATIONS :
Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the futurePrior experience in home remodeling, construction, or mobile home rehabilitationKnowledge of multiple trades, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and flooringAbility to work efficiently with strong attention to detailBasic hand and power tools preferred (company provides necessary materials and equipment)Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in varying weather conditionsReliable transportation and a valid driver's licenseValid driver's license and clean background requiredOn call for emergency maintenance as needed and must be available by cell phone.PM22
