MOBILE HOME REHAB TECHNICIAN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Interior and Exterior Repairs
- Perform painting for both interiors and exteriors
- Install, repair, and finish drywall
- Install insulation to ensure energy efficiency
Carpentry and Structural Work
- Conduct general framing, trim work, and carpentry
- Install and repair siding, skirting, and underpinning
- Replace and install windows and doors
Plumbing and Electrical Work
- Install and repair plumbing fixtures, including toilets, sinks, and water heaters
- Perform minor electrical work such as replacing outlets, installing light fixtures, and troubleshooting basic wiring issues
Flooring and Final Touches
- Install and repair flooring, including vinyl, laminate, tile, and carpet
- Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards before home completion
MOBILE HOME REHAB TECHNICIAN QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
- Prior experience in home remodeling, construction, or mobile home rehabilitation
- Knowledge of multiple trades, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and flooring
- Ability to work efficiently with strong attention to detail
- Basic hand and power tools preferred (company provides necessary materials and equipment)
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in varying weather conditions
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Valid driver's license and clean background required
- On call for emergency maintenance as needed and must be available by cell phone.
