As a Osprey Point Homes Sales Representative, you will be the face of our dealership, guiding prospective buyers through the journey of selecting and purchasing a manufactured home. Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement:
- Greet and consult with potential customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Conduct tours of available manufactured homes and communities.
- Sales Process Management:
- Present product features, benefits, and financing options clearly and professionally.
- Assist customers through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to closing the sale.
- Negotiate terms and manage contracts in compliance with company policies.
- Lead Generation & Follow-Up:
- We provide you with a top of the line CRM with new leads coming in daily.
- Proactively generate and manage leads through various channels, including referrals, online platforms, and local events.
- Maintain regular follow-up with prospects and past customers to foster long-term relationships.
- Market Knowledge & Reporting:
- Stay updated on industry trends, product specifications, and competitor offerings.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and provide regular sales reports to management.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the sales and support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Participate in ongoing training and development sessions.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- Previous sales experience is required; manufactured home or real estate sales experience is a plus.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Requirements:
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
