Job Description
As a License Practical Nurse (LPN), you will play a vital role in providing hands-on resident care, administering medications and treatments, and maintaining accurate records. Your duties will include:
- Providing professional and restorative nursing services, including resident assessments, vital sign recording, and medication administration
- Maintaining timely documentation of written reports and verbal updates to ensure quality care is provided
- Collaborating with residents' physicians, pharmacists, and medical personnel as needed
You will also be responsible for assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, hygiene, and mobility. Additionally, you will participate in in-service training and education programs, communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors, and maintain a professional image that enhances our brand.
