What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Packager position at OSRAM?
Job Summary
A high-speed production role is available in our 3rd shift operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting lamps to a strict standard, loading/unloading equipment, preparing parts and assembly, packing lamps, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform lamp inspections to meet established standards
- Load/unload lamp making equipment, prepare parts for assembly
- Assemble lamps, pack them into boxes for final packaging
- Maintain accurate records and perform data entry as needed
- Operate small hand tools and semi-automatic assembly equipment
- Assist with restocking raw materials and completing other tasks as required
Working Conditions:
This role requires continuous movement throughout the production shift. Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure are essential.
