OSS Inc., an established contract security guard company with over 50 years experience, is looking for dependable, hard-working Security Supervisor in the Mantua, Ohio area.
Immediate Availablilty
$20.00 per hour
- Monday - Friday 40 hours
- Supervisor experience required
- Security experience preferred
- Computer skills a must
Requirements:
· Twenty-one years of age
· High school diploma or GED equivalent
· Ability to work additional shifts as deemed necessary
· Ability to speak and write English
· Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods
· The ability to with stand hot and cold temperatures
· Pass background check
· Valid Driver’s License
Responsibilities include:
· Ensure the safety and security of the site and visitors through regular rounding of the premises and monitoring of cameras
· Making a weekly schedule for a staff of 10 guards
· Turning in an accurate weekly payroll schedule
· Must be willing to coach and counsel officers when deemed necessary (verbal and written forms)
· Escorting employees and visitors to various sites on the premises when needed
· Responding to and assisting in emergency situations
· Completing incident reports when required
· Completing tasks as required by the client
· Signing visitors in and out of facility
· Monitor employee check in
· Foot patrols

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Weekends as needed
