OSS Inc., an established contract security guard company with over 50 years experience, is looking for dependable, hard-working security officers.
OSS Inc. security guards are fully uniformed, unarmed and trained.
Salary: $50,000/ per year
- We are looking for motivated security supervisor with a good background in customer service and hospitality. Professional appearance is a must.
Monday through Friday 7 am to 3 pm. Must be willing to cover shifts for call offs, request offs, etc.
Requirements:
· Twenty-one years of age
· High school diploma or GED equivalent
· Ability to work additional shifts as deemed necessary
· Ability to speak and write English
· Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods
· The ability to with stand hot and cold temperatures
· Pass background check
· Valid Driver’s License
Responsibilities include:
· Ensure the safety and security of the site and visitors through regular rounding of the premises and monitoring of cameras
· Making a weekly schedule for a staff of 5 guards
· Turning in an accurate weekly payroll schedule
· Lead a staff of 5 guards as well as issuing reprimands when required
· Escorting employees and visitors to various sites on the premises when needed
· Responding to and assisting in emergency situations
· Completing incident reports when required
· Completing tasks as required by the client
· Signing visitors in and out of the facility
