What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Compensation Analyst position at Ossanna Consulting?
Our amazing client is looking for an enthusiastic, friendly Senior Compensation Analyst who brings new ideas and wants to grow with a company.
Hybrid:
- 3 days onsite, 2 days remote (flexible with 2 remote days, but at least once a month must be onsite at the Franklin Park, IL office
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Must haves:
- Experience with market pricing, wage structures, salary benchmarking, pay equity, pay transparency, and bonus/incentive plans design as well as implementation
- Experience supporting salary negotiations with the Talent Acquisition team
- Minimum 3 years of experience in similar compensation roles
- Strong work history - must have remained with each employer on your resume for at least 3 years at each position
Salary Range is up to $115K with competitive benefits!
