Job summary: Provide secretarial/clerical support to the Enrollment Center during the Back to School Season (July 24th through September 5th).
Responsibilities and tasks include
- Greet and interact with a high volume of customers.
- Provide secretarial support for the enrollment process.
- Verify and process paperwork for the enrollment of students.
- Perform other duties of a similar nature or level.
- Input data into an Excel spreadsheet each morning
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills and the ability to help, serve, and exchange information.
- General secretarial/clerical skills
- General computer skills
- Ability to learn and use data management systems.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with Enrollment Center staff and customers.
- Previous Experience with Osseo Area Schools
- Fluent in a foreign language (Spanish preferred)
