We will hire multiple ESP's to perform one or more of the following tasks:
Uninstall / install various classroom technology equipment, including ceiling-mounted projectors, large wall-mounted monitors, classroom amplification systems, document cameras, computers, and other peripheral equipment; move equipment as needed.
Perform physical inventory and apply asset tags to various classroom technology equipment, including ceiling-mounted projectors, large wall-mounted monitors, classroom amplification systems, document cameras, computers, and other peripheral equipment. Record required information on a spreadsheet or in the asset tracking software. Confirm existing asset management records.
Install and test various classroom technology, including ceiling-mounted projectors, large wall-mounted monitors, classroom amplification systems, document cameras, computers, and other peripheral equipment; pull and connect various cables, some of which will be above the ceiling grid; move equipment as needed. Ensure that classroom technology is properly installed and working to enable teaching and learning. Provide user support for standard application software.
Perform all aspects of iPad/Chromebook repair processing including prompt collection of defective items, updating internal and vendor-shared records pertaining to iPad/Chromebook repair or replacement (including tracking spreadsheets and Destiny resource management records), and prompt delivery of repaired/replaced iPad/Chromebook back to schools, working closely with the iPad/Chromebook techs at the schools and inventory control at the ESC. Perform some troubleshooting tasks on iPads/Chromebooks and clean iPads/Chromebooks as needed.
Perform all aspects of Windows computer re-image processing including prompt collection of computers, updating internal and vendor-shared records pertaining to repair or replacement (including tracking spreadsheets and resource management records), and prompt delivery of re-imaged computers back to schools, working closely with the Tech Support Specialists and inventory control. Perform some troubleshooting tasks on computers, clean computers as needed, and relocate computers as required to retire older computers.
