At Osseo Automotive, we are seeking an experienced Commercial Vehicle Rescue Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a commercial driver's license (CDL) or the ability to obtain it.
- A background in roadside assistance or experience loading and unloading a flatbed truck or tractor-trailer is beneficial for performing heavy and light duty recovery.
- The primary duties will involve assisting disabled motorists, responding to emergency situations, and safely towing cars, semi-trucks, or other motorized vehicles.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Respond to accidents, break-downs, and other roadside incidents with professionalism and efficiency.
- Perform basic repairs or tow vehicles to a garage, utilizing state-of-the-art equipment.
- Maintain clean and well-maintained trucks to ensure optimal performance.
- Bring a positive attitude to work every day, adhering to company standards.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- A valid commercial driver's license.
- At least one year of commercial driving experience.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
- Basic mechanical skills.
- Attention to detail when documenting work.
- Physical strength and stamina.
- Lift 50-100 LBS consistently/repeatedly.
