As we expand, we are seeking a creative and proactive Part-Time Marketing Manager to help elevate our brand and reach new audiences.
Position Summary
We are looking for a driven, hands-on Part-Time Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee all marketing activities, including monthly e-newsletters, social media postings, marketing collateral creation, and annual event coordination. You will work closely with our leadership team to ensure our messaging resonates with seniors, their families, and key community stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Monthly E-Newsletters
- Develop content calendars and write engaging copy
- Design and distribute monthly e-newsletters using email marketing platforms
- Track and analyze open rates, click-throughs, and engagement to optimize performance
- Social Media Management
- Create and schedule content across multiple social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Monitor engagement and respond to inquiries or comments in a timely manner
- Develop strategies to grow online communities and increase brand awareness
- Marketing Collateral
- Collaborate with vendors or in-house designers to produce print and digital materials (brochures, flyers, infographics, etc.)
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels
- Maintain an organized library of assets for easy reference and use
- Annual Event Coordination
- Plan and execute marketing strategies for our major yearly event (e.g., an open house, fundraiser, or conference)
- Coordinate with partners, sponsors, and vendors to ensure seamless event execution
- Oversee event promotion, registration, and post-event follow-up
- Additional Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify audience trends and opportunities
- Monitor and report on key marketing metrics, adjusting strategies as needed
- Assist with other projects and tasks that support the organization’s mission
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
- 2 years of professional marketing experience, preferably in non-profit or service-oriented organizations
- Proven track record of creating and managing social media campaigns
- Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact)
- Strong writing and editing skills; ability to tailor messaging to various audiences
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Passion for or experience in aging services, healthcare, or community-focused initiatives (a plus)
