System Admin (Top Secret Clearance)

Education:

Bachelor's degree. Additional experience, education, and training (commercial and/or military) may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Experience:

• Minimum of 7 years of relevant administration experience with Windows operating systems.
• Certifications: Must possess one of the required baseline certificates under the DoD 8140.03 - Information Assurance Technology (IAT) Level II. Security SSCP GSEC GISCP. GSEC Cloud

Highly desired to have one of the following computing environment certificates:

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert or Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate.
• DISA-US1390-DoD Cyber Workforce Framework (DCWF) Windows System Administrator (WSA).

At a minimum, the Systems Administrator will be required to perform and support the following tasks:

• Administration and management of backup and recovery solutions. Maintaining, configuring, designing, and implementing backup policies, monitoring and troubleshooting backup operations, and ensuring data integrity and recoverability. Environment is virtualized using Hyper-V,
• VMware Vsphere integrated with Avamar. Strong background desired in backup and recovery principles and familiarity with data protection regulations and policies.
• Virtualization platforms, such as: Installation, Configuration and Administration of Hyper-V VMware, V-Motion, Storage V-Motion, ESX/ESXi and Network/Storage IO Control, Port groups,
• VLAN networking and NIC teaming on VMware, Creation, Management and Configuration of Virtual Machines, Clone and Templates, Snapshot manager and restoring of snapshots, etc.
• Install new, rebuild, configure, and modify Windows Server OS 2008/2012/2012R2/2016/2019/2022
• Patch management with WSUS and MECM/SCCM.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $125,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
