We are seeking a Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to spearhead a Proof of Concept (POC) initiative focused on process improvement and data enhancement using internal EMR (Electronic Medical Records) data . This role will be responsible for exploring, integrating, and leveraging EMR data with external data sources to derive actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities :
Analyze internal EMR data to identify opportunities for process improvement.
Explore and assess the integration of phone system data with EMR data to enhance documentation and insights.
Extract, clean, and align phone system data with EMR records.
Develop a Proof of Concept (POC)
Collaborate with stakeholders, including EHR Analysts and BI teams, to assess feasibility and implementation strategies.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and usability for AI applications and further BI analysis.
Work closely with BI and IT teams to prepare data for analysis and AI modeling.
Support decision-making by evaluating data structures, integrations, and reporting capabilities.
Qualifications & Skills :
Proven experience in BI analysis, data integration, and process improvement.
Strong expertise in EMR systems and healthcare data.
Experience working with structured and unstructured data from multiple sources.
Proficiency in SQL, Python, or other data manipulation tools.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to communicate insights and recommendations effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience working with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) is beneficial, but this role does not require dashboard creation.
This is a contract to hire / Full time job opening with hybrid work schedule.
