Overview :
We are seeking a Business Analyst (BA) with healthcare experience to support projects related to EHR / EMR systems . The BA will work closely with Project Managers (PMs) and stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring alignment between current and future state processes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with stakeholders, clinicians, and business teams to gather and document requirements.
- Create clear and structured documentation , including user stories and process flows.
- Work with Project Managers to share and validate requirements.
- Analyze and document current and future state workflows in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Ensure sign-offs for projects and maintain detailed project documentation.
- Engage in discussions around clinical workflows and process improvements.
