Business Systems Analyst – Innovation

As a BSA – Innovation, you will work closely with the VP of Innovation and the Emerging Technology Team to drive transformative projects that integrate the latest in Artificial Intelligence, Genomics, and revenue optimization. You will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and technological advancements, ensuring successful implementation of forward-thinking solutions.
Types of Projects:
- AI & Machine Learning Initiatives.
- Genomics & Scientific Advancements – Partnering with research teams to integrate cutting-edge genomic technology into business applications.
- Revenue Optimization
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders, ensuring alignment with innovation goals.
- Create detailed user stories and process flows to support Agile development teams.
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to design AI and emerging technology solutions.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to translate complex concepts into actionable requirements.
- Support Agile development cycle.
Qualifications:
- Strong Business Analysis (BA) or Business Systems Analysis (BSA) skills, with experience gathering requirements and creating user stories.
- Deep technical curiosity and ability to understand emerging trends in AI and scientific research.
- Experience working in Agile environments, with a strong understanding of Scrum.
- Ability to manage complex, high-impact projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills, capable of translating between business and technical teams.
- Extremely detailed and meticulous
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment that is rapidly changing
