Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and nurture relationships with hiring managers, directors, and executives at companies with technology staffing needs.
- Proactively reach out to new prospects via calls, emails, and social media, logging activities into our CRM.
- Set meetings, conduct presentations, and close deals on contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire placements.
- Collaborate with the recruiting team to ensure job requirements are clear and candidates are well-matched.
- Negotiate competitive bill rates and build relationships with clients’ AP teams to ensure timely invoice processing.
- Continuously grow existing client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
