Job Title: HRIS Specialist (HR Admin Experience Required)
Job Type: Full-Time, 9-Month Contract (Onsite)
About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HRIS Specialist to join our client's HR team for a 9-month contract. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently processing employee data maintenance requests, managing updates, and ensuring the accuracy of data within their HR systems. You will work primarily with the UKG platform (Ultimate Kronos Group), handling data entry tasks, documentation, and audits while collaborating with their HR team to maintain seamless HR operations. This is an onsite position, Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Data Maintenance: Receive, prioritize, and process employee data maintenance requests and associated data change requests.
- Data Entry: Accurately enter employee data into the HR system, ensuring all records are up-to-date and consistent.
- Documentation Management: Maintain clear documentation of updates made to employee records.
- Self-Audit: Perform regular self-audits to ensure the accuracy of the data entered and resolve discrepancies as needed.
- System Management: Support the effective use of HRIS tools, particularly the UKG platform, and assist with other HR-related systems like MS Office, Outlook, and iSIMS for applicant tracking.
Top 3 Duties:
- Processing Employee Data: Handle and prioritize employee data maintenance requests, ensuring timely and accurate data changes.
- Managing Documentation: Maintain clear and organized records of all updates and changes made to employee information.
- Self-Auditing: Continuously review and audit data entry work to maintain accuracy and prevent errors.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous HR Administration experience (required).
- Data Entry skills with strong attention to detail.
- UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) experience is preferred.
- Proficiency with MS Office, Outlook, and iSIMS for applicant tracking.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and a methodical approach to managing data.
