Job Title: Sales Associate

Sales Responsibilities (40%):
- Share membership opportunities by phone with warm leads from Click Funnels who have requested your call.
- Present to prospects who schedule an in-center consultation to learn more.
- Identify each person’s needs and wants and, together, develop a path to a better life.
- Follow up with potential members who provided contact information but did not schedule an appointment.
- Add members monthly.
- Establish events and develop outside opportunities to meet potential members and enhance awareness of how OsteoStrong can help members perform at their best and age more slowly.
- Foster relationships with wellness professionals to inspire referrals.
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies, including use of social media.
Coaching Responsibilities (60%):
- Provide one-on-one member coaching during vibration and Spectrum sessions, motivating and challenging while ensuring optimal biomechanical positioning.
- Conduct baseline and follow-up member evaluations to demonstrate progress.
- Explain the benefits of whole-body vibration, Spectrum Osteogenic Loading, Pulsed Electromagnetic Field (PEMF), Red Light Therapy, etc.
- Schedule or move member appointments as needed by phone or text.
- Coordinate the flow of daily appointments.
- Make it a personal mission to ensure each member leaves our center with feelings of belonging, connection, progress, and wellness.

Sales Associate / Wellness Coach Education and Experience:
Minimum: High school diploma
Desired: Technical school/college degree (kinesiology, exercise science, nutrition, or communications preferred). Health, wellness, fitness, or medical experience.
Highly Desired: Strong marketing skills.
